Revealed: Attending Weightroom More Important Than Intensity Of Training
A strength and conditioning coach has made an audacious claim, postulating that in order to increase the intensity of a gym program, one must first physically attend a gym. The suggestion has struck a chord with several gym enthusiasts.
“I’ve tried for months on end to build the intensity of my workouts” explained Bartholomew Quadriceps, a non gym attending, gym enthusiast. “I just wasn’t seeing any results. I wasn’t getting anywhere. Then I stumbled across this Insta post that helped me see that I must attend the gym before I can build work out intensity… and it was all suddenly so clear! All that time I’d been doing it wrong. It seemed almost impossible to build the intensity of my gym workouts in the absence of attending the gym. But since I’ve sorted out that step, everything has fallen into place.
