An outspoken Clinician with a divisive perspective on how best to deliver care to patients in the musculoskeletal pain and injury setting has made it clear that he doesn’t care about the dissenting views of those who oppose him.

“Those morons can get fucked”, said the Clinician to our reporter.

The debate has long revolved around the difficulties individuals and groups of clinicians face in their attempts to reach agreement on how best to translate research into clinical practice. It seems however, that the outspoken Clinician has had enough. After a decade of committed participation in extended social media debates, the veteran Clinician has decided that his energy is better spent controlling outcomes that he can control, and not worrying so much about how other random clinicians from all corners of the globe ply their trade.

“There’s no point engaging in debate with these Nufties. Their biases are so entrenched… there’s no chance of changing their views. So I’ve taken the high road. Apart from reading every negative comment directed at me by these willfully ignorant arsewipes, and going out of my way to rebut each of them with daily video rants and social media posts, and lying awake at night thinking about how great the world would be if everyone would just do what I do, I just don’t bother with them anymore. I don’t need to prove them wrong”, explained the Clinician to our reporter.
